The DVD of “The Habit of beauty”, the debut film by director Mirko Pincelli “The habit of beauty”, is available from November 7th. The feature film marks the return to the big screen of actress Francesca Neri, alongside actors such as Vincenzo Amato (“Respiro”), Noel Clarke (“Star Trek – Into the darkness”) and the very young but promising English actor Nico Mirallegro.
The film, set between London and Trento, tells the story of a couple’s estrangement and rapprochement after the dramatic loss of their only child. “I wanted to make a very personal film – states the director – on themes that I feel first hand, telling them without compromise.
The characters, through the painful understanding of their fragility, discover the bond that unites them and understand that personal relationships and the human warmth of a family are what they really miss.
