10 rules for falling in love
Marco (Guglielmo Scilla) is a very clumsy but sensitive teacher in a kindergarten. When he falls in love with beautiful Stefania (Enrica Pintore), his life becomes a mess. To his friends she is a “wonder woman”: stunning, upper class, cultivated, full of hobbies… Marco has no chance. Marco is about to give up when his father Renato (Vincenzo Salemme) comes in town. He is the exact opposite of Marco: a successful plastic surgeon and a womanizer Latin lover coming from the Southern city of Naples.
In the attempt to reconnect with his son he explains to him that “love” is not about what we read in the poems: love at first sight, serenades, violins… On the contrary! Love is all about experience. It’s a“science” made of exact rules that can be learnt.
But as Marco starts reluctantly following the “10 rules”, the results are a disaster! In a series of misunderstandings and hilarious turning points, thanks to his efforts Stefania will even end up falling in love with the guy she always loathed, the treacherous and slimy Ettore (Giulio Berruti).
Only when everything seems lost and Marco gives up every “rule”, she will finally fall in love for what he really is.
