Great excitement for the film “My Place Is Here” which won two awards at Bif&est:
🏆 Giuliano Montaldo Award for Best Director to Daniela Porto and Cristiano Bortone for telling with strength, simplicity and respect an exemplary story of emancipation and the fight against prejudice in a seemingly distant place and time.
🏆 Mariangela Melato Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role to Ludovica Martino for illuminating the entire film and portraying with credibility and emotion the figure of a woman who against all odds manages to take charge of her life.
📚 First presentation also for the book “My Place is Here” by Daniela Porto, at the Liberrima Bookstore in Bari, in an intense dialogue with writer Raffaello Mastrolonardo and actress Ludovica Martino.
